The Dark Night

Yesterday I've watched Batman: The Dark Night with Camille, Aicah, Gretch, Sir Eric, Angelito and Jayr. There was a Branch Consolidation that day so Camille, Angelito and Jayr will need to go back to office to monitor the midnight run of jobs. Unfortunately I who was supposedly not a support for our team was forced to stay overnight at office since Nelo is sicked. We just let him go home and rest. (kawawa naman taas ng lagnat nya).

Going back to Dark Night, it seems like this was a movie you have to see just to discuss Heath's performance. (Yes parang close lang kame, first name basis talaga.hehe) Heath Ledger as Joker was absolutely Oscar-worthy. The movie was worth seeing for his scenes alone. But what was irritating was Batman’s absurb deep-voice. (Ang panget talaga ng boses!! Takte! Bwahaha pero gwapo mo pa rin Christian Bale.hehe) What I liked most were the spectacular chases, including Batman on a stripped-down Batmobile that became a motorcycle with monster-truck wheels. Astig! I thought his Batmobile will self-healed and will be back as brand new again but surprisingly it turned out to be a motorcycle. ^_^

The movie was so great that I’m wondering what people think was going to be the next villain. Heath Ledger had set the bar so high. Clap clap clap! Galing talaga! ^_^ May you rest in peace.

At the office, Camille let me wear her extra shorts and we slept again at the dusty ATM testing room after the successful run of Batch Consolidation jobs.

P.S. Before we watched the movie, Sir Eric treat us dinner at Big Buddha. It was his birthday blowout.^_^
