oh no, may sunog!

Kagabi habang nanonood kame ng TV, biglang nawalan ng kuryente, wah malas, naisip ko paypay mode na naman at puyatan galore, goodluck sa paggising ng maaga. Pero nung pumunta ako sa kwarto may narinig akong ingay, wang wang ng bombero...waaaah!! may sunog!! as in kitang kitang ko sa likod ng bahay namen. Pero sa totoo isang kanto naman ang layo nun samen. Pero kahit na, sunog pa rin un! At syempre na-switch on ang usisera mode ko, kaya ayun nakiusisa kame nila Dade at pumunta dun sa kung san tanaw ang sunog..wah lakas ng apoy, pero buti mabilis ang mga bombero at napatay agad ang apoy, hindi na nadamay ang iba pang bahay. Thank God talaga at buti na rin hindi mahangin at hindi na kumalat ang apoy.whew!

Pero syempre ang sad part ay tupok ung isang apartment. Wala nasave na gamit kasi wala pala tao dun, baka may nagshort circuit sa loob at yun ang pinagmulan ng apoy. Pero ang good thing wala naman nasaktan kasi nga walang tao nasa lamay daw, ayun ang chika saken ni Dade na nalaman din nya sa mga usisero.hehehe

Hay kawawa naman talaga ang masunugan :(

Nung nanonood nga kame ng pagpatay ng apoy ung ibang malalapita na bahay dun, ayun nakalabas na ang mga gamit at ready to evacuate na rin.. grabe parang pelikula lang.hehe Hay buti na lang talaga okay na ngayon. Sana makarecover na lang ule ung nasunugan.

At dahil sa sunog na yn, kame ay napuyat..halfday tuloy ako.hehe

Unti-unting mararating kalangitan at bituin, Unti-unting kinabukasan ko'y magniningning....

Weeeeeee!! onti na lang at matatapos na rin ang bahay namen sa Cavite after gazillion years! paonti onti lang kasi ang paggawa at onti lang kasi ang aming salapi, pero papasaan ba at makakamit na rin naman ang bituin! haha

Ito ang gusto namen na ma-achieve ^_^ tadaaa ang master plan! :)

Sa ngayon ok na ang flooring sa 1st floor, pati ung sa mga kwarto and yun ung CR ok na rin, kulang nalang yung bakod, gate at balcony..whew sana umulan ng pera para matapos na! Gusto ko na talaga matapos para next na ang pag-interior at pagbili ng bagong gamit.hehe (ayan nangangarap na naman ako ng mga bagong bituin.haha)

Pagpumupunta ko dyan sa bahay namen sa Cavite parang ang sarap na lang mag-stay dun, pero dapat may TV na or may laptop man lang para may magawa.hehe nakakabore din ang sobrang katahimikan at kapayapaan.^_^ or dapat makabili na talaga ko ng bike para exercise na rin at less lakad lakad sa palibot ng subdivision.

Sa ngayon ito na ung pictures ng mga developments, ung latest wala pa kong kuha..next time na punta dadalhin ko si Lulu ^_^

Ung una ay nung niturn-over samen ang bahay at yung pangalawa ay nung naggagawa na kame sa loob para sa flooring and CR. ^_^

its been a while

Hello world! a quarter century and beyond

oops.. nde ko yan cake..nipost ko lang dito sakto kasi eh, ganda db?.. yum yum!haha

wah ang bilis ng panahon 25 na ako!! tama ba yun?! pero mukang hayskul pa rin naman ako.hehe hay ang hirap pigilan ng mga araw magugulat ka na lang kung nde bday mo ay pasko na naman.^_^

anyway thanks sa lahat ng nag-greet at nakaalala! woohoo nde nyo ko nalimot kahit biyernes santo.

wish ko lang ay yumaman na ako at ng malibot ko na ang buong mundo.haha kelan ba luluhod ang mga tala?! at kelan matatapos ang aking pagiging aliping sagigilid?! bwahaha

ito na ata ang magiging huling post ko about sa bday ko, dahil ang mga susunod ay prang hangin lang na lilipas.. haha wala ng tanungan ng age. basta thanks ule guys and thank God for another year! Hoping and preparing for the best and worst to come! Aja! ^_^

Anyway kahit papano ay nakapagliwaliw naman kame last night. Had watched Bride Wars with girl friends. Funny ng movie! About best friends Emma (Anne Hathaway) and Liv (Kate Hudson), who have planned the details of their wedding since childhood. Kasama dun ay ang maging June bride at dapat ang venue ay sa New York's ultimate bridal destination: The Plaza Hotel. blah..blahh...blah.. basta un baka ma-spoil ko pa ung hindi pa nakakanood.hehe Panoorin nyo din! kakatuwa ^_^

Matagal na din akong nde nakapagpost pala. Minsan nakakatamad din pala magpost pag sobra dami happenings.bwahaha Pero lahat naman ng memories ay nakikeep ko sa puso at isip ko, kaya nde ko na ipopost mga namiss kong araw, buwan na wala dito sa blog ko. bwahaha may gnung level ^_^

Anyway, masyadong marami na kong nabasang mga yearend posts, mga pasasalamat, realizations, resolutions etcera etcera... kaya ako naman ngaun ang gagawa habang night shift mode pa ko dahil maghapon akong natulog dahil overnight kame kagabi sa office. @_@

Masasabi kong naging fruitful at blessed naman ang 2008 ko. May mga struggles pero syempre marami pa ring bonggang moments. Thank God sa mga naachieve ko at sa mga na-gain ko para sa sarili ko, family and friends. Ok rewind mode muna at babalikan ko ang mga kaganapan sa nakalipas na labindalawang buwan...

Usapang Familia
Sumali kame sa 32nd Milo Marathon, (http://myblogtmar.blogspot.com/2008/08/32nd-national-milo-marathon-manila-leg.html) wala lang just for fun! hehe ang saya ndi kame pinagpawisan kasi nung tumakbo kame, bumabagyo! bwahaha

2 months na din pala ang lumipas nung nahospital at nag-undergo ng appendectomy si Dade. Napost ko un dito (http://myblogtmar.blogspot.com/2008/11/relief.html). Grabe kakaloka ang mga ganung eksena, ayoko na uli mangyari un. Sobra akong kinabahan kasi nung una nga ndi namen alam ang cause kung baket bigla sumama pakiramdam ni Dade at sobra putla nya. So mega go kame nun sa ER. Ibang level talaga un! At ang mahirap pa dun hindi kame prepared sa mga gnung eksena at kulang ang savings namen. Salamat nalang sa credit card at sa hospitalization na sagot ng MTI. Nakagamit din ako sa isa sa mga benefits ko as mti-er. hehe

Pero ayoko na! tama na yung isang beses. Kaya wish ko lang maging mas healthy kameng mag-anak ngaung 2009! ^_^

Natapos ko ng bayaran ang equity ng bahay na binili namen sa Cavite! weeeh!! Pero matagal na bayarin pa rin ito, kaya tuloy tuloy na ito! Kelangan magtipid para mabayaran ang monthly amortization. At para makalipat na rin kame ngaung summer dun. Cams magiging taga-Cavite na rin ako! syet mamimiss ko ang lupang pangako namen (haha twag ko sa valenzuela). Almost 91% na buo ung bahay so konti nlang pwede na talgang lipatan. Excited na nga akong mag-interior ng new home namen, lalo na ng kwarto ko.weeeeh!! Invited kayo sa blessing! bwahaha prang masyon nman ung binili.hehe Liit lang un ^_^

Barkada Happenings
Hindi ganun kadalas ko ng makita ang mga college friends ko , kung magkikita man lageng hindi na din kumpleto. Mahirap na magkatagpo tagpo ang mga sked namen at ung iba nman nasa ibang bansa na. Kaya sana this year magparamdam naman ung iba dyan!

Kagaya ng sinabi ni jaja sa blog nya syempre ang first-ever na kinasal sa college barkadahan ay si te rachel!!!! weeeh!! Grabe kasalan na talaga ang mga nagaganap ibig sabihin tumatanda na talaga ako.hehe Congrats te rache sa inyo ni bebeng! At cempre isa pang congrats para sa bouncing baby girl nyo! Bongga ng stroller gift namen db?! pag medyo malaki na baby mo isama mo sya sa bondingan nten.hehe

Isa pa sa mga pinagpapasalamat ko na nangyari sa 2008 ay ung mga kaibigan na meron ako sa mti. Para sken pamilya ko na din talaga sila. Masarap magtrabaho pag alam mong kumportable ka sa mga tao na nasa paligid mo. Kaya sa inyong lahat thank you!!! Kilala nyo na kung sino kayo. ^_^

Aliping Sagigilid
2008 ang pangatlong taon ko sa MTI simula ng nagtraining ako as programmer. (almost 1 year ang training at 2 years as regular). Ito ang first ever job ko after grad. Akalain mo un 3 years na pala ang lumipas. Masaya ang 1st quarter ng 2008 kasi napromote ako! weeeh! Ito ung time na nag-iisip na talaga ko umalis if hindi ako mapropromote. Sobrang nakakapanlumo kasi at nakakawala ng tiwala sa sarili kung hindi un nangyari.hehe Salamat na lang talaga at nangyari un at naredeem ko ang sarili ko (bwahaha mapride din pala.hehe)

Sunod sunod din ang mga SRs namen at dahil apat lang kame sa team (ksama si Sir Don) sobrang nakakapagod talaga. Alipin kung alipin! bwahaha Dumating yung time na naiyak na lang ako sa sobrang naramdaman ko ung pressure. Hindi ko alam kung ano/sino ang uunahin ko. Yung tipong may deadline kang hinahabol tapos may mga ibang support ka rin naman na dapat sagutin.. waaah!! di ko talaga kinaya iniyak ko na lang. Pero lahat naman ay may reward na kapalit. Natuto na ko ngaun na imanage ung workload ko at sked ko (medyo.hehe) Na hindi sa lahat ng oras mapagbibigyan mo ang lahat kelangan matuto ka lang talaga magprioritize at maging efficient sa lahat ng ginagawa mo.

Hindi na rin ako masyado nagpapaapekto sa mga errors na nagagawa ko. Dati kasi sobra praning ako sa konting comment o nasasabi sken ng superiors ko. Kung may mali man akong ginawa dapat magfocus nalang kung pano ififix at nde na sinisisi ang sarili at nagpapaka-self pity. Aja lang ng aja! Pasensya na enkandyosa lang po nagkakamali rin.bwahaha

Nawindang nga din pala ang buong mti dahil sa emergency na nangyari nung march 13. kaya kmeng mga programmers ay mega go sa brc para sa support. wlang tulugan ang drama. red alert kung red alert.hehe

Lamyerda time!
Dahil madalas kame na lang ang naiiwan sa office, hindi na din kame masyado nakakapaglagalag after office hours dahil pagod na. Minsan mgdidinner na lang din muna kame bago umuwi tpos un kwentuhan ng mga kapaguran sa buhay.Un na ang social life namen.bwahaha

Hindi ganun kadami ang pagpifeeling turista ko sa taong 2008. Kelangan kasi ibudget ang kaperahan dahil dun sa bahay namen ^_^ Pero syempre hindi pdeng wala. Meron pa rin naman kameng mga out-of-towns.

Lukban, Quezon - Binyag ng anak nila Bhels at Nika si Garie kaya kame ay bumyahe para makijoin sa celebration at makatakas na rin sa polusyon at makapagliwaliw naman.hehe

Enchanted Kingdom, Sta Rosa Laguna - twice kong nadalaw ang EK. una kasama ko ang mga ka-dept ko at bas boys, at pangalawa, kasi dito ang company outing namen.

Zoobic Zafari, Subic - kasama ang mga officemates ko kame ay nakipagbonding sa mga hayop kahit na bumabagyo na.bwahaha

ANAWIM, Montalban Rizal - pumunta kameng UCEP members para magbigay ng tulong sa foundation na to. Bahay kalinga to para sa mga matatanda. Sobrang sarap ng feeling na mkibonding sa mga lolo at lola dito. I feel for them!! hehe

Boracay - weeeh!! ito ang best sa lahat ng pagbabakasyon! magiging annual na ata ang pagpunta nmen dito.hehe aics, cams this year ule ha! jetsi galore na ito! haha

Mga Side Gimiks

Rihanna & Chris Brown Concert - first time ko manood ng concert na hindi local ang artists.hehe kahit na sa big screen na lang namen nakikita sila rihanna, fulfilled pa din! kita ko pa din naman sya sa stage kahit sobrang liit na nya sa layo.haha

W.Grill bondings - naging peyborit inuman place na namen to, basta magkakaayan W.Grill na kagad yan.haha Natry nga din pala namen nila cams at aics sa Bubba Gump pero masyado kasi mahal dun at konti lang ang drinks, pero msarap talaga ung margarita nila din ^_^

Bago matapos ang taon, syempre may year-end party sa office. astig un! nalasing ako! haha basta un na un, ayoko na idetail. ^_^

Lovelife
ooopss.. wala ko maisulat, in other words bokya!

Ok sige mukhang mahaba na ang naisulat ko. A real photographer are not those only who have PRO Accounts in Flicker or Premium accounts here, nor those who just own an expensive DSLR and lenses.

A real photographer is not measured by how many of your photos appear in Multiply. It appears there simply because Multiply wants you to stay and maintain a Premium account with them.

A real photographer are not those who study photography, nor those who did not study at all.

A real photographer does not rely on his expensive cameras to capture a good photo. His camera whether it’s the cheapest disposable camera or the Mark III are only an extension of his mind. He start to see a good photo not from the viewfinder but from his imagination.

A real photographer is not bound by photography rules. He is willing to jump outside the box of photography rules and make his originality.

Eisen's Bday Treat slash OT channel night out

Nitreat kame ni Eisen last Friday after work! Weeeh Inuman ulit sa W Grill. peyborit inuman place na ata namen to.hehe First ever labas din ng OT channel (group namen sa Borgchat sa office) na kumpleto. Namely aics, cams (with chris bf nya), kuting, jonah, marian, tmar, staci at cempre si eisen (ang aming muse.bwahaha joke). Kasama nga rin pala sila joecs, jeff at sep mga dota pipz na sinama ni staci dapat maglalalro sila pero puno na daw sa computer shop. kaya ayon sinama na rin nya sa inuman,pero si sep umuwi rin dahil di nman talaga sya umiinom, mamamatay sya.bwahaha

nagdinner muna tapos ayon tagayan na at kamusta naman naka-straw kame! ^_^ mas may tama pala talaga pagnisstraw, hilo ako dun...parang nagkahydrocephalus ako... feeling ko laki ng ulo ko,bwahaha wala masyado chika same old stories pa rin..hehe ay meron plang isa na bago ung naholdup at na-coma.bwahaha basta un alam nyo na un si pink at blue ^_^

Twilight Madness

Finally watched Twilight Movie with officemates a while ago. It was indeed great in spite of the numerous bad comments I've heard/read from critics and movie review sites since the 1st day it was seen in big screen. Though I try not to compare it with the book, its film narration was good. Capturing every significant detail to portray each characters role that will lead viewers to understand what was going on. I don't know if I’m just biased since I already read the book and know the whole story. ^_^

Overall this was indeed a 'kilig movie' though the chosen actor Robert Pattinson was not I've imagined to be Edward Cullen (waaah super perfect sa kagwapuhan pa naman ang description sa book). And Kristen Stewart compared to Bella in the book was a bit boyish. (sa book kasi si Bella ung tipong lalampa lampa tignan, pero si Kristen mukang astig.hehe) Anyway, Twilight is Twilight and I got hooked up with it, parang droga lang.hehe. Hoping that they will do better for the 2nd book, New Moon's film. (waaah sad dramathon ang story nun T_T)

Boracay and Beyond

We've been to Bora for 4 days and it felt like months. ^_^ Kaw ba naman magpabalik balik sa station 1, station 2 at 3 at minsan lakad lang talaga. Feel na feel ko dun na ko nakatira. hehe Dami namen nagawa compared sa una naming punta though cempre masaya din un, un kasi ang first na pagpunta ko dun. Pero itong pangalawa kala ko hindi na ko mag-eenjoy kasi hindi na ko ganun ka-excited dahil sa mga nakalipas na kaganapan sa mga nakaraang lingo tapos dami pa gawa sa office. Pero ako ay mali, ibang level talaga ang Bora, meron syang hiwaga na pagnandun ka na talaga di mo na iwiwish umalis. Waaah!!!!! Kakamiss!!! T_T. Next year balik uli tayo dun! ^_^

Sobra saya talaga kahit after ng mga activities na ginawa namen sakit ng katawan naman ang kapalit at napaos ako dahil siguro sa kakasigaw sa pagsakay sa flyfish.hehe

9:30AM – 11:35AM – tambay sa waiting area hintay ng boarding, picture picture ^_^
11:35AM – board na sa plane.. weeeeh!!!!
11:35AM – 12:35PM – lipad patungong Kalibo
12:35PM – Kalibo Airport
12:35PM – 3:00PM – sakay sa shuttle going Caticlan, then boat ride then shuttle ulit going to Boracay proper
3:00PM – check in at La Carmela de Boracay
3:00PM – 3:30PM – ayos ng mga gamit sa room, etc.
3:30PM – 6:00PM – late lunch at The Hobbit House @ D*Mall (yum yum sarap ng pork sisig nila)

Day 2 (November 23)

11:00AM – 1:00PM – punta sa station 1 para mag-skim boarding and swimming! Weeeh!!!
1:00PM – 2:00PM – mamalengke sa talipapa para sa mga ipapaluto namen sa Crystal Cove, and galing namen mamalengke may freebies pa kameng alimango at sugpo)
2:00PM – 2:30PM – boat ride going to Crystal Cove.
2:30PM – 5:00PM – lunch sa Crystal Cove, ung mga pinamalengke namen na pinaluto, sarap!
- tour sa caves at picture galore!
5:00PM – 5:30PM – boat ride pabalik
5:30PM – 6:30PM – kain ng mga grilled tusok tusok sa station 3, isaw, hotdog, pork bbq

4:00PM – 6:00PM - it’s Jetski time!!! Weeeeh!!! Isang Jetski lang ni-rent namen mhal naman kc, mamumulubi kame.hehe pero sulit pa rin kahit salitan kame sa pagsakay! Lagpas 1hr nga kme, hehe natuwa smen cla kuya. Tpos pabalik speedboat na sinakyan nmen. Saya! ^_^
6:00PM – 8:00PM - Balik sa La Carmela, change outfit, shower, vanity etc. ^_^
8:00PM to sawa - shopping ng mga pasalubong sa D*Mall

Rihanna & Chris Brown Mania

Yesterday (nov16), I and my friends and their friends and their friends ^_^ went to The Fort Open Field at Taguig to watched this much-awaited-back-to-back concert of the two hottest sensations, Rihanna and Chris Brown.

From the moment Chris Brown took the center stage, to the time he bid the audience goodbye to give the floor to Rihanna, everybody was wild, singing their lungs out, jamming, dancing, and clapping their hands. Chris Brown was definitely a great performer with his good voice and flawless dance moves. Astig!!!! Gwapo!! hehe He sang and danced his own version of Michael Jackson’s Rock with You and Thriller; and his hits such as Run It; Kiss, Kiss; Yo! (excuse me miss); There’s Never a Right to Say Goodbye; With You; No Air; and Forever.

The concert was perfect plus the fact that it didn’t rain! Thank God! ^_^ Before Rihanna took center stage, a roughly 15-minute break occurred. Thanks to the amazing fireworks it entertained as during the gap. After the interval, the intro of Disturbia boomed out loud in the air and Rihanna finally appeared on stage with her signature black-leather outfit. Sexy ng lola naten! Hehe And Rihanna sang her hits such as: Pon de Replay; Don’t Stop the Music; Take a Bow; Shut up and Drive; Good Girl Gone Bad; and Hate that I Love You. During her performance, Rihanna would repeatedly express her disbelief that more than 70,000 people gathered to watch them perform, adding that she cannot wait to hold another concert in the Philippines.

And as finale, Rihanna sang Umbrella and everybody shouted the loudest ever, cheered even louder when Chris Brown came out, and joined Rihanna. Wah galing talaga nila!!!! The concert started past 8 pm and ended at about 11 pm. Astig! ^_^ Bravo!!!

After the concert we ate first at McDonald's. Grabe sobra kauhawan namen, almost 3hrs na walang inuman.wah! hehe After namen kumain, medyo kumonti na rin ang mga tao at iwas na rin kame sa trafk! Whew! Btw, thanks nga pala kay Denny at nihatid nya kameng lahat ng girls saming mga bahay bahay, mapaka-Makati, Parañaque at Valenzuela. Thanks! ^_^

Nakalabas na din si dade ng hospital. natapos din sa wakas! Thank God!^_^ grabe feeling ko ilang linggo na ang lumipas dahil sa mga kaganapan simula nung sunday night. at mas lalong nagpatensyon pa ung mga kaganapan kanina. whew! magbibill out nalang kame sa accounting ng biglang nalaman namen na hiwalay pala ung bayaran ng professional fee(pf) sa mga doctors ni dade. nde xa nicompute na ksama nung sa hospitilization charge para dun na rin kunin sa alloted money na sagot ng mti... meaning mgcacashout ako. wah!!! nagulat nalang kame ni tita nung nalaman nmen ung pf, pumunta kame sa office ni doc then ung secretary pina-sign ung philhealth form kay doc then kmuha ng calcu at pagkatpos sinulat ung pf nga ng mga doctors ni dade.. 30k para dun sa surgeon nya tpos 13k nman para dun anesthesiologist. so 43k lahat!!!
ok lang nman din kasi kakabigay lang ng bonus namen kahapon pero bawas na din kasi nagbayad ako ng kautangan.hehe so tumawag muna ko sa office para makausap si mam mimai para tanong ko kung baket ganun. nung nakausap ko sabi nya try ko dw pakiusapan ung doctor kung pde isama na sa hospital bill ung pf nla or pag hinde pumayag mag-cashout muna ko tapos reimburse ko sa office. tapos pumunta na kame ulet ni tita dun sa office ni doc, nkausap nmen ung secretary tapos sinabi namen ung situation, sbi naman ng secretary kung isasama daw kasi dun sa hospital bill matagal pa dw nila makukuha ung pf so mas gusto tlaga nila is cash talaga. then nag-oofffer nalang xa na if icacash daw namen knina gawin nalang dw nyang 35k lahat, 25k sa surgeon and 10k sa anesthesiologist. so pumayag na din ako, after nun go na kagad ako sa office kasi naman iniwan ko dun ung atm ko sa cabinet ko.. so aun kelangan makabalik ako ng 4pm kasi uuwi na ung secretary ni doc e saknya ngbabayad. grabe mega-run ako nun kasi past 2pm na nun.. kmusta nman ust to ayala.wah!!! pagdating ko ng office deretso agad ako sa drawer ko then alis na agad, mahirap na mahuli kung nde, nde pa namen maiuuwi si dade,hehe at additional pf na naman un.hehe before ako sumakay ng elev binigay sken ni sir eric ung burger nya, kainin ko dw.. thank you na rin at gutom na nga rin ako kasi nde pa pla ko naglalunch nun.hehe mabilis namn ang byahe ko kasi ng-lrt ako pero nung ngjip na ko from tayuman to ust wah dun na ung trafk kaya tnxt ko si tita na akyat na sya sa 6th flr tpos harangin nya ung secretary.hehe 3:45 na kasi nun, bumaba na nga ako ng jip at nilakad-takbo ko na pa-ust.. syun pag-akyat ko sa 6th flr andun na si tita at hinihintay na nila ako.hay salamat i made it!!! nakuha ko na rin ung discharge slip, resibo at medical certificate para ipakita nmen sa nurse station para mailabas na namen si dade ko.hay grabe prang amazing race lang!! lahat settled na! kaya uwian na!hehe

Nakaramdam ng pagsaket ng tyan si dade, feeling nya natatae sya pero nde nman, tpos putla nya at highblood pa xa..wah katakot itsura nya so dinala na nmen sya sa Fatima Hospital. pagdating dun kung ano ano munang interview, kung ano last kinain, ano nararamdaman nya, etc.. then kinuhaan xa ng dugo tpos iniXray ung tyan tpos ung chest. inobserbahan pa xa sa magdamag tapos un nga sabi ni mama di na natigil ang saket.

Monday
Kinaumagahan dumaan muna ko hospital para check sila dade dun, may tatlong doctors ang umaasikaso sa knya. so ok pa pinainom pa xa ng gamot..tpos kelangan dw iultrasound ung tyan, so punta kame ng cashier para mgbayad. tpos ako pumasok na ng office. sabi ko sa kapatid ko txt nlang ako kung ano ung result. on the way na ko nun, actually nasa ayala na ko ng ngtxt kaptid ko, si oma na confirmed nga raw na appendicitis, so need na kagad na mag-undergo ng operation. kaya lang bago operahin kelangan daw muna magdown. sa office nagtanong ako sa hr kung ano ung mga accredited hospitals ng mti, nalaman ko ksama ung ust so sabi ko if ipapatransfer ko si dade dun ok lng ba? sabi ok lang gagawan dw ako ng Letter of Accreditation(LOA), sbi ko cge po tapos kunin ko din kagad. after magawa un sa hrkinuha ko na tapos punta na ko sa fatima, cempre nagpaalam muna ko sa boss ko na may emergency lang. kelangn ko rn talaga ipalipat si dade sa ust kasi sa fatima kelangn ko dw muna mgdown ng 24k para maoperahan, e wla naman ako pera that day. ayaw pa nga tlga nila pumayag dun sa fatima na kesyo puputok na dw ung appendix, etc.etc.. sabi ko dun sa doctor wla kame mailalabas na gnung money kaya mas ok na ilipat na lng. so nakipagcoordinate cla sa ust about sa transfer tapos inayos ko na rin ung bill namen sa fatima...pero kamusta nman sa pghihintay nmen ng ambulansya ng fatima na dumating bgla nila sinabi na nsa talyer pa, so ayun ang tgal pa namen nghintay inabot na kme ng 3pm. si tita nkagawa ng paraan nakahiram sya ng ambulance sa city hall, tpos biglang dumating na din ung sa fatima. ayos doble na!hehe pero ung nahiram n lng ni tta ung ginamit namen kasi wla ung bayd ung sa fatima may bayad pa.

then ako, si mama at tita ang ksama ni dade dun sa ambulansya at cempre si manong driver. ayos pala talga pag nasa ganung sasakyan ang bilis! kaht trafk makakalusot ka, kasi pinapadaan ka ng iba.. ayos! wangwang nga ang twag ko dun kasi ung ingay nya wang..wang..hehe sa tullahan bridge na sobrang trafk dahil sa construction aun nakalusot kagad kame! astig na experience! Then pagdating sa UST inasikaso namn kagad kame, cempre nde naman kagad inoperahan si dade dahil kelangan din gumawa ng sariling diagnosis ung mga doctors dun kaht na dala nmen ung summary ng results sa fatima. si mama ang naiwang bantay nung nailagay na namen si dade sa room nya. tpos ung operation nagstart na ata 12midnyt. umuwi na rin kame nun ni tita para next day balik namn kame. after ilang hrs nagtxt/tumawag si mama na ok na si dade, naoperahan na. hay salamat!

Tuesday-Thursday
Nasa hospital pa din si dade nagpapahinga, at para nichk na rin kung may iba pa xang kumplikasyon. ok nman na, clear din ung gallbladder nya, kala kasi may kumplikasyon dun pero wla nman dw.

Excess:

about Appendicitis

The appendix is a small, tube-like structure attached to the first part of the large intestine, also called the colon. The appendix is located in the lower right portion of the abdomen. It has no known function. Removal of the appendix appears to cause no change in digestive function.

Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix. Once it starts, there is no effective medical therapy, so appendicitis is considered a medical emergency. When treated promptly, most patients recover without difficulty. If treatment is delayed, the appendix can burst, causing infection and even death. Appendicitis is the most common acute surgical emergency of the abdomen. Anyone can get appendicitis, but it occurs most often between the ages of 10 and 30.

Causes

The cause of appendicitis relates to blockage of the inside of the appendix, known as the lumen. The blockage leads to increased pressure, impaired blood flow, and inflammation. If the blockage is not treated, gangrene and rupture (breaking or tearing) of the appendix can result.

Most commonly, feces blocks the inside of the appendix. Also, bacterial or viral infections in the digestive tract can lead to swelling of lymph nodes, which squeeze the appendix and cause obstruction. This swelling of lymph nodes is known as lymphoid hyperplasia. Traumatic injury to the abdomen may lead to appendicitis in a small number of people. Genetics may be a factor in others. For example, appendicitis that runs in families may result from a genetic variant that predisposes a person to obstruction of the appendiceal lumen.

Symptoms

Symptoms of appendicitis may include

• pain in the abdomen, first around the belly button, then moving to the lower right area

• nausea
  
  
• vomiting
  
  
• constipation or diarrhea
  
  
• inability to pass gas
  
  
• low fever that begins after other symptoms
  
  
• abdominal swelling

Not everyone with appendicitis has all the symptoms. The pain intensifies and worsens when moving, taking deep breaths, coughing, or sneezing. The area becomes very tender. People may have a sensation called "downward urge," also known as "tenesmus," which is the feeling that a bowel movement will relieve their discomfort. Laxatives and pain medications should not be taken in this situation. Anyone with these symptoms needs to see a qualified physician immediately.
