Thank God!^_^ grabe feeling ko ilang linggo na ang lumipas dahil sa mga kaganapan simula nung sunday night. at mas lalong nagpatensyon pa ung mga kaganapan kanina. whew! magbibill out nalang kame sa accounting ng biglang nalaman namen na hiwalay pala ung bayaran ng professional fee(pf) sa mga doctors ni dade. nde xa nicompute na ksama nung sa hospitilization charge para dun na rin kunin sa alloted money na sagot ng mti... meaning mgcacashout ako. wah!!! nagulat nalang kame ni tita nung nalaman nmen ung pf, pumunta kame sa office ni doc then ung secretary pina-sign ung philhealth form kay doc then kmuha ng calcu at pagkatpos sinulat ung pf nga ng mga doctors ni dade.. 30k para dun sa surgeon nya tpos 13k nman para dun anesthesiologist. so 43k lahat!!!
ok lang nman din kasi kakabigay lang ng bonus namen kahapon pero bawas na din kasi nagbayad ako ng kautangan.hehe so tumawag muna ko sa office para makausap si mam mimai para tanong ko kung baket ganun. nung nakausap ko sabi nya try ko dw pakiusapan ung doctor kung pde isama na sa hospital bill ung pf nla or pag hinde pumayag mag-cashout muna ko tapos reimburse ko sa office. tapos pumunta na kame ulet ni tita dun sa office ni doc, nkausap nmen ung secretary tapos sinabi namen ung situation, sbi naman ng secretary kung isasama daw kasi dun sa hospital bill matagal pa dw nila makukuha ung pf so mas gusto tlaga nila is cash talaga. then nag-oofffer nalang xa na if icacash daw namen knina gawin nalang dw nyang 35k lahat, 25k sa surgeon and 10k sa anesthesiologist. so pumayag na din ako, after nun go na kagad ako sa office kasi naman iniwan ko dun ung atm ko sa cabinet ko.. so aun kelangan makabalik ako ng 4pm kasi uuwi na ung secretary ni doc e saknya ngbabayad. grabe mega-run ako nun kasi past 2pm na nun.. kmusta nman ust to ayala.wah!!! pagdating ko ng office deretso agad ako sa drawer ko then alis na agad, mahirap na mahuli kung nde, nde pa namen maiuuwi si dade,hehe at additional pf na naman un.hehe before ako sumakay ng elev binigay sken ni sir eric ung burger nya, kainin ko dw.. thank you na rin at gutom na nga rin ako kasi nde pa pla ko naglalunch nun.hehe mabilis namn ang byahe ko kasi ng-lrt ako pero nung ngjip na ko from tayuman to ust wah dun na ung trafk kaya tnxt ko si tita na akyat na sya sa 6th flr tpos harangin nya ung secretary.hehe 3:45 na kasi nun, bumaba na nga ako ng jip at nilakad-takbo ko na pa-ust.. syun pag-akyat ko sa 6th flr andun na si tita at hinihintay na nila ako.hay salamat i made it!!! nakuha ko na rin ung discharge slip, resibo at medical certificate para ipakita nmen sa nurse station para mailabas na namen si dade ko.hay grabe prang amazing race lang!! lahat settled na! kaya uwian na!hehe

Sunday going MondayNakaramdam ng pagsaket ng tyan si dade, feeling nya natatae sya pero nde nman, tpos putla nya at highblood pa xa..wah katakot itsura nya so dinala na nmen sya sa Fatima Hospital. pagdating dun kung ano ano munang interview, kung ano last kinain, ano nararamdaman nya, etc.. then kinuhaan xa ng dugo tpos iniXray ung tyan tpos ung chest. inobserbahan pa xa sa magdamag tapos un nga sabi ni mama di na natigil ang saket.
MondayKinaumagahan dumaan muna ko hospital para check sila dade dun, may tatlong doctors ang umaasikaso sa knya. so ok pa pinainom pa xa ng gamot..tpos kelangan dw iultrasound ung tyan, so punta kame ng cashier para mgbayad. tpos ako pumasok na ng office. sabi ko sa kapatid ko txt nlang ako kung ano ung result. on the way na ko nun, actually nasa ayala na ko ng ngtxt kaptid ko, si oma na confirmed nga raw na appendicitis, so need na kagad na mag-undergo ng operation. kaya lang bago operahin kelangan daw muna magdown. sa office nagtanong ako sa hr kung ano ung mga accredited hospitals ng mti, nalaman ko ksama ung ust so sabi ko if ipapatransfer ko si dade dun ok lng ba? sabi ok lang gagawan dw ako ng Letter of Accreditation(LOA), sbi ko cge po tapos kunin ko din kagad. after magawa un sa hrkinuha ko na tapos punta na ko sa fatima, cempre nagpaalam muna ko sa boss ko na may emergency lang. kelangn ko rn talaga ipalipat si dade sa ust kasi sa fatima kelangn ko dw muna mgdown ng 24k para maoperahan, e wla naman ako pera that day. ayaw pa nga tlga nila pumayag dun sa fatima na kesyo puputok na dw ung appendix, etc.etc.. sabi ko dun sa doctor wla kame mailalabas na gnung money kaya mas ok na ilipat na lng. so nakipagcoordinate cla sa ust about sa transfer tapos inayos ko na rin ung bill namen sa fatima...pero kamusta nman sa pghihintay nmen ng ambulansya ng fatima na dumating bgla nila sinabi na nsa talyer pa, so ayun ang tgal pa namen nghintay inabot na kme ng 3pm. si tita nkagawa ng paraan nakahiram sya ng ambulance sa city hall, tpos biglang dumating na din ung sa fatima. ayos doble na!hehe pero ung nahiram n lng ni tta ung ginamit namen kasi wla ung bayd ung sa fatima may bayad pa.
then ako, si mama at tita ang ksama ni dade dun sa ambulansya at cempre si manong driver. ayos pala talga pag nasa ganung sasakyan ang bilis! kaht trafk makakalusot ka, kasi pinapadaan ka ng iba.. ayos! wangwang nga ang twag ko dun kasi ung ingay nya wang..wang..hehe sa tullahan bridge na sobrang trafk dahil sa construction aun nakalusot kagad kame! astig na experience! Then pagdating sa UST inasikaso namn kagad kame, cempre nde naman kagad inoperahan si dade dahil kelangan din gumawa ng sariling diagnosis ung mga doctors dun kaht na dala nmen ung summary ng results sa fatima. si mama ang naiwang bantay nung nailagay na namen si dade sa room nya. tpos ung operation nagstart na ata 12midnyt. umuwi na rin kame nun ni tita para next day balik namn kame. after ilang hrs nagtxt/tumawag si mama na ok na si dade, naoperahan na. hay salamat!
Tuesday-ThursdayNasa hospital pa din si dade nagpapahinga, at para nichk na rin kung may iba pa xang kumplikasyon. ok nman na, clear din ung gallbladder nya, kala kasi may kumplikasyon dun pero wla nman dw.

Causes
The cause of appendicitis relates to blockage of the inside of the appendix, known as the lumen. The blockage leads to increased pressure, impaired blood flow, and inflammation. If the blockage is not treated, gangrene and rupture (breaking or tearing) of the appendix can result.
Most commonly, feces blocks the inside of the appendix. Also, bacterial or viral infections in the digestive tract can lead to swelling of lymph nodes, which squeeze the appendix and cause obstruction. This swelling of lymph nodes is known as lymphoid hyperplasia. Traumatic injury to the abdomen may lead to appendicitis in a small number of people. Genetics may be a factor in others. For example, appendicitis that runs in families may result from a genetic variant that predisposes a person to obstruction of the appendiceal lumen.
Symptoms
Symptoms of appendicitis may include
- pain in the abdomen, first around the belly button, then moving to the lower right area
- loss of appetite
- nausea
- vomiting
- constipation or diarrhea
- inability to pass gas
- low fever that begins after other symptoms
- abdominal swelling
Not everyone with appendicitis has all the symptoms. The pain intensifies and worsens when moving, taking deep breaths, coughing, or sneezing. The area becomes very tender. People may have a sensation called "downward urge," also known as "tenesmus," which is the feeling that a bowel movement will relieve their discomfort. Laxatives and pain medications should not be taken in this situation. Anyone with these symptoms needs to see a qualified physician immediately.

Finally watched Twilight Movie with officemates a while ago. It was indeed great in spite of the numerous bad comments I've heard/read from critics and movie review sites since the 1st day it was seen in big screen. Though I try not to compare it with the book, its film narration was good. Capturing every significant detail to portray each characters role that will lead viewers to understand what was going on. I don't know if I’m just biased since I already read the book and know the whole story. ^_^
